2. Print-on-Demand & International Fulfillment
  • Third-Party Manufacturers: BESTEIGEN products are manufactured and shipped directly by international print-on-demand partners (including Tapstitch and Apliiq).
  • Production Times: Order processing and production times are estimates and not delivery guarantees.
  • Product Variance: Minor variations in print placement, color hue, and garment sizing (up to 2.5 cm) are standard industry tolerances and do not constitute a manufacturer defect.
3. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
  • Cross-Border Trade: Products are shipped from international fulfillment hubs directly to your delivery address.
  • Import Fees: As the importer of record, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import clearance fees.
  • High-Risk Shipping: Orders sent to high-risk zones (as outlined in our Refund Policy) are shipped entirely at the buyer's risk. BESTEIGEN is not liable for customs seizures or local postal theft.
4. South African Legal Compliance
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
