BESTEIGEN — Shipping Policy
1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Every item on BESTEIGEN is made to order. This means your clothing is printed, cut, or embroidered only after you place your order.
- Production Time: It takes 3 to 7 business days to manufacture your items before they ship.
- Shipping Time: Once production is finished, transit times vary by destination.
2. International Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment hubs (USA, Europe, and Asia). Estimated shipping windows (excluding production time) are:
- United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
- South Africa & Rest of the World: 12 to 21 business days
Please note: These timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs processing or local postal service backlogs.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Numbers: Once your order is packaged and leaves the fulfillment facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Multiple Packages: Because we use multiple international partners (including Tapstitch and Apliiq), items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- Buyer Responsibility: All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.
- Fees Not Included: These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the shipping fee paid at our checkout. BESTEIGEN cannot predict or refund these costs.
5. High-Risk Zones & Delivery Liabilities
- Address Accuracy: We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect address entry.
- High-Risk Exclusions: Orders shipped to regions with historically unstable postal infrastructure (including parts of Central/South America, Africa, and the Middle East) are shipped at the buyer's risk. We cannot offer refunds for items delayed or held by customs in these zones.
